Retail Sales Assistant/ Shop Assistant

You will be required to cover all areas of retail operations: -1. To provide our customers with a first-class customer experience2. To keep the store looking amazing by keeping the store always maintained, well displayed and clean & tidy always3. Understand customer requirements and provide them with accurate advice and offers available.4. Introduce and demonstrate the food items available, and their combo offers for the customers.5. Embody a professional attitude and excellent personal presentations.6. Provide them with in-depth knowledge about the products available if required.7. Help the Retail Manager with the documentation work such as sales invoices, finance paperwork etc.8. Accept payments for the orders and manage the deliveries.9. Assist the Retail manager and other staff with maintenance of the store.10. Collaborate and support team members to achieve goals11. Other general duties such as wiping down, cleaning all work areas etc.The successful applicant must hold excellent customer service skills.Training will be provided to the right candidate.Applicants for this position should be New Zealand Citizen/ Resident or hold a valid NZ work visa.#J-18808-Ljbffr
