Retail Manager

1) plan, formulate and implement financial operations, budgeting for the storeFormulating and implementing the entire store budget whilst upholding favorable economic interests for 'The Giant Departmental Store'.2) determine which products are sold, stock levels and define the standards of service for the store.3) receive feedback from customers, address, any dissatisfaction that may arise and store issues4) creating and implementing, purchasing guidelines and setting prices5) plan promotions and advertisements and set marketing policies for the store.6) maintain record of stock level and financial transactions and store at the office.7) analyse sales figures and forecast future sales volume to maximise profit8) ensure that ordered products are confirming and accurately invoiced when it's arrived9) selling goods and services to the customers and advising them on product use10) ensure the stock is accurately priced and displayed in an aesthetically appealing manner11) training and supervising staff member12) hiring staff as required with consulting the owner13) hold meeting with staff member to improve process and the store when needed14) ensuring compliance with the health and regulations15) organise, plan, and execute product promotions particularly for stock which is close to reaching shelf life and / or for newly released products16) cash handling and banking for the store17) Manage the payroll system for all subordinates at the store, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages into the subordinates back at The Giant Departmental Store.
