Duty Manager - West Liquor Westside

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Retail Duty Manager to join our West Liquor Westside store. We are looking for a Duty Manager with a personality that attracts others and a natural genuine smile and enthusiasm. You will have a positive attitude, be willing to learn, muck in and be really helpful Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service experience while monitoring and upholding the Store's legal obligations with respect to the Sales of Alcohol legislation.
Effective use of retail merchandise strategies to optimize Store presentation, promotional display and most importantly generate sales.Overseeing all aspects of cash handling, stock management, health& Safety and, staff training and development.
What we're looking for?
Previous experience working in the liquor industry and using SAPstrong communication skills, a passion for delivering world-class customer servicesuccess in leading a small team and proven track record in building lasting rapportconfidence to work independentlycommitment in upskilling your team from onboarding, on the job training to specialist product knowledge.

This position involves working across a 7-day roster including late nights, weekends and some public holidays, therefore, flexibility is a must for this position.
