In this fast paced, dynamic role you will be responsible for: • Managing the floor staff during the evenings • Coordinating staff recruitment if required • Coordinating staff training and development activities • Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture • Assisting with customer service queries • Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies • Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed • Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills If you are passionate and possess the following, then we would love to hear from you!
