You should also be skilled at organizing and solving problems. You must be available to work extended hours as well as weekends and public holidays atleast 30 hours per week.Any qualification at high school or higher is required. One year of relevant experience will be preferred but not mandatory. We can consider freshers as well. Full training will be provided to the suitable candidates. We pay market-leading pay rates of $27 to $30 depending upon experience. The minimum guaranteed hours per week will be thirty. However, you can grab more hours up to forty depending upon your performance. Roles and Responsibilities As a Retail Assistant, you are required to perform the following task and duties, but not limited to:-·  Ensure an exceptionally high level of customer service during the shift.·  Assist manager in purchasing as per requirement and the following budget ·  Keep a record of all financial transactions during duty hours·  Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions during the shift·  Connecting with customers and taking random customer feedback to assess their satisfaction regarding customer-service·  Assisting the Manager with the smooth implication of policies and procedures·  Assist manager in recruitment, selection and hiring of employees·  Assist the manager in preparing a budget and estimating prices for different types of expenses and ensure liquidity to maintain appropriate cash flow. ·  Ensure products are presentable and clean·  Receive deliveries and conduct stock cheques·  Be aware of shoplifting and payment or identity fraud·  Run shifts when the Store Manager isn't on the premises.·  Ensuring the security of the premises and staff.Our ideal applicant should have the following personal attributes:Friendly, helpful and keen to engage with the customerOrganised and efficientPhysically fit as some lifting is involvedProblem SolverStrong leadership and a positive influencerBe able to undertake a drugs and alcohol test Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid work visa.
