This newly created position, following an internal structural review, will provide administration and high-level coordination support to meet the needs of the Hato Hone Retail team nationally.Reporting to the National Retail Manager, a fundamental part of this role is overseeing and leading the effective and efficient delivery of administrative tasks for the Retail team nationwide. Responsibilities include providing administrative and logistical support of events, activities, leadership of team projects as well as supporting document development and control. Some specific tasks include supporting the monthly retail reports, coordinating events and meetings, organising agendas and meeting minutes, managing travel bookings for managers, and processing invoices and receipts for retail stores. You will ensure all administration processes and requirements are completed efficiently, consistently, and accurately.
