DOWNLOW is a new to market and exciting QSR modern Burger BRAND and concept launching throughout New Zealand in February 2023.We have opened ten sites in the throughout NZ and are on the lookout for high achieving experienced Restaurant Managers to lead our stores and teams inWELLINGTON.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Restaurant Managers at DOWNLOW are so important. We want you to drive the business as if it were your own. Huge growth and development opportunities. We need people who are willing to OWN IT and take command of this exciting new brand. You have a mandate to ensure everyone around you has a great experience - to make the day fun and exciting.Our Restaurant Managers are hands-on and lead by example. Roll up your sleeves and jump into service, including - food prep, grill, counter, and cashier. As store manager, you will lead an exceptional customer service experience through team management, ordering stock, banking, opening/closing the restaurant, and your team's training and coaching.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Previous experience as a restaurant manager. A hands-on, can-do attitude. Our managers really need to work like owners, focusing most of their efforts on running an amazing restaurant.A passion for great food delivered consistently. A strong aptitude for numbers. You'll have full accountability for sales, labour, and cost of goods results. Strong organisational and time management skills.Leadership and coaching skills.
