Restaurant Manager

We are a Chinese restaurant located in Milton, Otago, we are excited to open a position for the Restaurant Manager   In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee the operation of a restaurant. Here are the details   Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Milton, Otago Type: Full time permanent   Job Description:   Hours: Open Monday-Sunday Minimum 30 hours per week, no more than 40 hours per week Hourly wage: $29.96-$35.00   Requirements: l  A diploma (not lower than or equivalent to Level 5 diploma) or at least 3-year experience in relevant area such as business   Main duties l  Oversee the employee hiring process for the whole restaurant l  Lead and develop the team from the front, setting examples and standards l  Control the budget of the cost of the stock by sourcing out different supplies l  Maintaining and monitoring the stock level l  Determining the menu contents and price with the chef l  Being the point of contact for Kai Chow while on duty l  Resolve any customer issue/complaints in a professional way and timely manager l  Oversee the standard opening and closing procedures l  Any other duties that may be required If you feel this job is the right fit for you, please upload your CV with a cover letter by clicking "APPLY" now   Â
