To be a successful candidate in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:
Management experience of 2 years or more Proven operational and procedural knowledge Demonstrated ability to coach team members Skills and Experience Prior experience managing a restaurant or similar business – You will be able demonstrate a successful track record Business acumen – ability to understand how to operate a profitable business, financial acumen with understanding of Profit vs Loss etc. People Leadership – experience managing successful teams and building a strong team culture
