This job offer is not available in your country.About the roleBased in the heart of Queenstown working from the The Station Building on Shotover StreetInteracting with different departments of the business (Mountain operations team, finance, marketing etc) to resolve problems.Responding to enquiries, such as bookings, rescheduling or product information, via phone and email for all mountainsInternal admin support of the Guest Services DepartmentProviding technical support for guests who are having difficulty purchasing online or using their MyPass accountCommunicate with mountain departments for latest information as any changes in weather / road conditions and lift operations that may impact a guest experienceSupport the Snow Centre sales team with face-to-face customer service during busier timesAbout You :Outgoing and friendly with a genuine interest in helping guests have the best experienceComfortable working alone for a significant portion of the timePassionate about Mountain biking and / or the mountainsThe ability to learn product information quickly and to learn on the jobExisting knowledge of products is an advantageThe Location :Our Reservations team works from our Queenstown offices, based in the same building as our sales point the Snowcentre in Queenstown CBD.Throughout the season you will be given the opportunity to also work shifts at our mountain locations.
