Are you a reporter who is passionate about news and hungry to tell a community's stories?Allied Press Limited has an opportunity for an ambitious and adaptable reporter to join our North Otago team based in Oamaru.The full-time reporter's role involves working for our weekly publication The Oamaru Mail as well as for the Otago Daily Times and odt.co.nz.Ideally, you will have reporting experience or a journalism qualification, as well as a keen interest in news and storytelling, both in print and online.You'll also be eager to break exclusives, report on community news and able to work quickly and calmly under pressure to deliver stories.Flexible hours and alternative working arrangements may be considered for the right person.
