We're looking for a Remuneration and Benefits Lead to join our global remuneration team. We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What You'll DoProvide advice and coaching to HR and business leaders on remuneration and benefits decisions and application of Group remuneration framework, policy, and processes.Follow Regional project leadership and governance of Group remuneration policy, framework, and processesActively drive and own external remuneration reporting requirements for ANZ, including the WGEA Report.Work with Remuneration Leadership team colleagues regarding global pay equity and transparency issuesLead and guide analyst resources to conduct job evaluations, conduct benchmarking and analysis, ensure data is correct and that local remuneration needs are reflected.Lead the design of local remuneration and benefits strategy to support business and talent strategies and needs.Support business leaders with commercial bids and other commercial remuneration analysis as required.What You'll HaveDeep expertise and knowledge of remuneration and benefits practicesSignificant experience in leading pay review projects across multiple countriesSignificant experience in leading and working with HR and business leaders to design effective remuneration strategy.Experience in designing performance management frameworks, KPIs and variable remuneration plansExcellent analytical, data and reporting skillsBe highly collaborative and actively engaged with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zonesDegree qualified in a relevant field such as commerce / business / human resourcesWhy you should applyFlexible work environment and locationWe foster a diverse workplace where we look out for one another - our values guide, align and stretch our people.Join a fun and inclusive, global team of professionals.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
