Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Oneok is currently seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the web chat team, including scheduling, training, and performance management- Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy in customer interactions- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through web chat- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience- Provide regular reports and analysis on chat performance metrics to senior management- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements:- Dedicated and confident personality traits- Strong problem-solving and project management skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven experience in managing web chat operations and teams- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
