Job Description: iHeartMedia is seeking a dedicated Remote Support Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a full-time employee at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role. Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with iHeartMedia products and services3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution4. Document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system5.
