Job Description:

As a Remote Office Manager at A2 Milk Company, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative duties for our remote office located in Nelson, NZ. Your main responsibilities will include managing office operations, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with various projects as needed.

Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the remote office- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling and logistics- Assist with project coordination and implementation- Maintain office supplies and equipment- Manage office budget and expenses- Provide administrative support to employees as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 4 years of experience in office management or administrative support- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making- Hardworking and dedicated to maintaining a high level of efficiency and professionalism
