Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget. Ensure each itinerary includes unique experiences and hidden gems to make trips memorable. Booking and Coordination: Handle all aspects of travel booking, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours. Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure seamless and high-quality travel experiences. Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels. Address any questions, concerns, or issues that arise to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, new destinations, and emerging travel experiences. Continuously update your knowledge to provide clients with fresh and exciting travel options. Qualifications: Passion for Travel: A genuine love for exploring new places and cultures is essential. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and bookings simultaneously. Customer Service: A friendly and professional approach to providing top-notch customer service. Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in using online booking platforms, email, and social media. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and well-coordinated. Recommended Experience (No Experience Required): Previous Travel Experience: Personal travel experiences can provide valuable insights and recommendations for clients. Sales or Customer Service Background: Experience in sales or customer service can help in effectively communicating with clients and closing bookings.
