Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Jacobs Engineering Group in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.3.
