Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team at Genesis Energy in Wellington, New Zealand. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Provide product and service information to customers.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.7. Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Confident and resilient attitude to handle challenging customer interactions.3. Strong critical thinking skills to assess and resolve customer issues.4. Ability to manage interactions with people from diverse backgrounds.5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
