Job Description: As a Remote Customer Support Assistant at Franklin Resources, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be working remotely from Dunedin, Otago, NZ on a part-time basis. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.3. Providing product information and assistance with navigating our services.4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for internal review.6. Upholding Franklin Resources' commitment to understanding and empathy in all client interactions.7. Participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities provided by the company. Requirements:1. Dedicated and driven personality traits to excel in a remote customer support role.2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Experience in customer service or a related field for at least 3 years.5.
