Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job description:

Eli Lilly is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a customer success role.

Responsibilities:1. Cultivate strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and regular check-ins.2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.3. Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.6. Provide product training and support to customers as needed.7. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong desire to help customers succeed.2. Excellent negotiation skills and a team player mentality.3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Experience using CRM software and other customer success tools.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
