Job Description: Baker Hughes is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time Entry Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are driven, adaptable, and possess excellent communication and planning skills. Responsibilities:1. Manage customer accounts and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.2. Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.3. Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations or solutions.4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.6. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.7. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.8. Assist in creating customer success strategies and initiatives. Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong planning and organizational skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Comfortable working remotely and using online communication tools.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7.
