Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity for professional development and growth within the company. As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, claims, policy changes, and other related tasks.
