Remote Customer Service Representative

Z Energy, a leading energy company in New Zealand, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. Responsibilities:1. Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders and resolving problems.3. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.4.
