Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: Invivo Wines is looking for a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. We are seeking someone who is adaptable, motivated, and possesses strong project management and teamwork skills. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner2. Process orders and refunds accurately and efficiently3. Assist customers with product information, shipping logistics, and general inquiries4. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty5. Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer service processes6. Maintain accurate customer records and information in our database7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3. Proficient in using customer service software and tools4. Strong project management and teamwork skills5.
