LifePoint Health is seeking a dynamic Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

As a Remote Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

- Handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner- Providing product information and assisting customers with placing orders- Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system- Contributing to team meetings and sharing feedback to improve customer service processes- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
