Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team at Fuel50. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients remotely from your location in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role and possess a resilient and confident attitude.
Responsibilities:- Handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues from clients via phone, email, or online chat- Provide timely and accurate solutions to client problems- Assist clients with software navigation and technical support- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed- Track and report on client support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role- Resilient and confident personality traits- Excellent people management and strategic planning skills- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required
