Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position is entry-level and requires no prior experience, making it the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the financial services industry.

As a Remote Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing. You will assist clients with inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for clients and respond to their inquiries promptly and effectively- Provide support to clients on a wide range of financial services, including insurance, pensions, and investments- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions- Maintain client records and document all interactions in the company's CRM system- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
