Montoux, a leading provider of actuarial software for insurance companies, is looking for a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. This is a part-time position with a seniority level of mid-to-senior and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Chat Support Manager at Montoux, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents who provide assistance to our clients via online chat. Your main duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the chat support team, ensuring that all customer queries are handled promptly and efficiently, and analyzing chat transcripts to identify areas for improvement. To be successful in this role, you should be confident and dedicated, with a keen attention to detail and strong strategic planning skills. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
