Remote Accounts Receivable

Rocket Lab is seeking a part-time Remote Accounts Receivable associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for the company.

Responsibilities:1. Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.2. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.3. Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities.4. Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to accounts receivable.5. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.6. Assist in the month-end closing process.7. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.8. Continuously improve the accounts receivable process to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.2. Strong dedication to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.3. Resourceful problem-solving skills.4. Excellent planning and organization abilities.5. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
