Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Valero Energy is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable processes remotely, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.- Communicate with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed.- Update financial records and produce reports as needed.- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable processes.- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.- 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients.- Adaptability to work in a remote setting.
