Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

First Data is currently seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the finance field and start a career in accounts receivable. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable processes remotely, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations- Communicate with clients to resolve any billing issues and ensure timely payments- Utilize accounting software to input and track financial data accurately- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting- Provide support for audits and other financial projects as needed

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Energetic and enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with accounting software- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel- Soft skills in project management and teamwork
