Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Celgene. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will involve providing support to our accounts remotely from the Nelson, New Zealand area. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.3. Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive support to our accounts.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service. Requirements:1. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.2. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.3. Ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations.4. Willingness to learn and grow within the role.5. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.6. No prior experience required, training will be provided.
