Job Description:Lincoln National is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in account management and a strong background in customer support. As a Mid-to-Senior-level professional, the Remote Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, providing excellent customer service, and developing strategies to grow and retain clients. The ideal candidate will have a reliable and resilient personality, as well as strong people management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts, including regular communication with clients to address their needs and provide support- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and grow revenue- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient account management processes- Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Provide training and guidance to junior account support team members- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- At least 7 years of experience in account management or customer support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Experience with CRM software and other account management tools- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively- Travel may be required occasionally
