Permanent, Part-time 40 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE) We have a fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused person to join us as a Relief Support Coordinator, based in our Secretarial Services team. Your main responsibility is to provide accurate and efficient administration duties while providing professional support to both external and internal customers. You will need to be self-motivated and results driven as well as enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will have a passion for making a difference, achieving results, and be hungry for a challenge. Naturally, you will be able to recognise the needs, aims, and aspirations of whanau from all culturally diverse groups within our community. We are ideally looking for someone with several years of experience in a busy administrative role, ideally in healthcare. You must be able to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail. Experience with Excel is a must. We are seeking someone available for work a minimum of 4 days per week - Monday - Friday however, work hours will be agreed with the successful applicant.
