The Role and Responsibilities: Improve asset reliability across the different areas of the site.Lead the implementation of the Maintenance methodologies and support the implementation of our Kraft Heinz Management System.Assist in improving asset reliability and cost reduction.Provide technical support to the operations and engineering teams, liaising with external service providers when necessary.Lead collection and analysis of asset performance data and KPIs.Generate asset performance and maintenance reports as required.Support the development of the site maintenance planning process.Complete fault diagnosis and provide technical guidance with hands on approach when required.Your Skills: Relevant working experience in industrial operations.Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).Experience in Total Productive Maintenance methodology, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance practices,Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis andasset care optimisation strategy are desired.Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving and root cause analysis tools, such as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Ishikawa and 5W1H.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.A forward thinker who demonstrates a 'can-do' and ownership attitude.Excellent communication and written skills.Computer literate with solid understanding of MS Excel.Monthly lunch shouts.Opportunities for you to progress into other areas of our business.Competitive pay.Staff parking.The Kraft Heinz Company Australia & New Zealand is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces- promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
