You will be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability and performance of our sortation equipment and systems throung the identification and management of the asset reliability risks that could adversely affect our Processing and Automation operations. Your responsibilities will include;
Conducting thorough reliability assessments and analyses to identify potential areas for improvement.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability best practices throughout the product lifecycle and implement a robust asset care strategy.Continuously monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to drive ongoing optimisation efforts.Developing and implementing strategies to enhance product reliability and minimise downtime.Taking ownership for the training standards of our technicians. As you will oversee regional sites, some nationwide travel will be required, mainly within Auckland and Christchurch . Mou - About you As a results-driven individual with a passion for operational excellence, you will have strong practical maintenance experience, in reliability engineering and maintenance planning. Utilise your sound understanding of Reliability techniques and practices to drive decision making and utilise your strong analytical skills to translate data and information, turning this into actionable insights and outcomes. Alongside the above, you'll couple this with;
Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex dataA strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvementExperience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is highly desirableNZ Post is an iconic organisation with a rich history and bright future.
