About the role The Relationship Support Manager is responsible for supporting the relevant state's Sales team, being the conduit between Sales and the Operations teams. This role will work closely with the Sales team, liaising with the referrers, booking referrals and managing the lower tier referrer network directly. This role is an excellent opportunity to see the sales process firsthand and progress into a Sales role. Responsibilities Communicate directly with the Repairer network directing customer leads Liaise with sales team regarding hire status within their set portfolio Send hire booking requests to our bookings team immediately to secure hires Conduct phone (account) management with a selection of referrers Identify, target and develop new referrers Identify and resolve issues with referrers Log detailed referrer activity, visits and relevant commentary to ensure accurate reporting and review of business through our CRM About you You are a down to earth and collaborative team player with a positive approach to your work along with your drive, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and love for what you do.
