Ko t? m?tou mahi - our role
The Relationship Manager is responsible for building, managing and maintaining external partner relationships to enhance reach, quality and alignment with our construction partners.
The role works proactively with our external construction partners on a key account basis to promote communication between the partner and K?inga Ora, ensuring K?inga Ora\'s understanding of partner capabilities and suitability, and to improve the overall partner experience in working with K?inga Ora.
Ng? p?manawatanga ?u - what you will bring
You will have highly developed analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and impeccable communication skills.
The following skills and attributes are required:
A tertiary qualification in a related field
Ideally at least five years\' experience in a senior supply chain, procurement or relationship role working in a large and/or complex organisation
Strong analytical skills
Ability to deliver solutions on time, while delivering superior results
Ability to forecasts issues in advance in order to prevent potential impact, both internally and externally
Proven ability to make confident, fact-based, decisions and act on decisions with a sense of calculated risk taking
Takes accountability for delivering on commitments, owns mistakes and uses them as an opportunity for learning and development
