About the roles
We are looking for three vibrant and enthusiastic registered nurses to join our teams. We practice in a collaborative patient partnership model of care to achieve best possible outcomes for our patients/families and whanau.
Ward 9is a 27 bed General Surgical ward which has a strong Orthopaedic, Gynaecology and Otolaryngology focus providing diverse opportunities across all specialties in an acute and elective environment.
We have two positions available in Ward 9
Temporary 0.7FTEposition (56 hours a fortnight) covering parental leave from 30 June 2019 for up to 6 months
Temporary 0.5FTEposition (40 hours a fortnight) covering leave until late December 2019.
Ward 10is a 27 bed General Surgical ward (including a 3 bed Intermediate Care Unit) which provides acute and elective care across Colorectal, Vascular, Urology, Breast and Trauma specialties.
We have one position available in Ward 10
Temporary 0.9FTEposition (72 hours a fortnight) covering parental leave from August 2019 for up to 12 months

About you
You must be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current NZNC practising certificate and post-graduate nursing experience in an acute care setting.
You will also be a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, with excellent organisational and time management skills and a commitment to quality.
