Selwyn Bureau is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis to work at Selwyn St Andrews in Cambridge. If you are looking for some extra shifts, or would like to work according to your availability, then look no further! We have various shifts available during the weekdays and weekends, so flexibility and reliability are essential. Shifts can vary from morning, afternoon and nights.
The benefit of being a casual Registered Nurse is that you get to pick the hours and location you are available to work. Make your job fit around your lifestyle. Whether you want part-time or full-time hours, YOU CHOOSE! Shifts vary from AM, PM and nights and you choose what shifts you want to work. Ideally flexibility with shifts and location is desirable.
About the role:
This role involves being a good leader and having effective problem-solving skills, as you will lead the clinical care provision within the care home. Reporting to the Village & Care Manager, your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to interact well with residents and family members of all backgrounds and to work with them on designing their individualised care plans. Reliable and trustworthy, you will pride yourself on your clinical expertise, compassion and respect for the person.
You must have a current and valid NZNC registration and APC. Current InterRAI training is also desirable
