Our teams within the Surgical Directorate provide secondary surgical care for the Central Auckland population and are a major tertiary and quaternary referral centre both regionally and nationally.
Our surgical wards are friendly, patient centred high-energy environments. We cover a number of unique specialities and as a result our Registered Nurses see a breadth and depth of cases, giving our highly skilled people an unrivalled ability to grow and develop in their chosen areas.
Flexibility of part time or full time options
Whanaungatanga and more through the Kahui Hononga Network and Kaupapa Maori supervision.
A comprehensive orientation and ongoing training.
To be considered for these positions you must be a Registered Nurse with a current APC. You must be able to work Monday to Sunday, fully rostered shifts. 1-2 years post registration experience in an acute surgical hospital setting would also be advantageous.
