We love what we do, being able to make decisions and work on your own is something that many of ourNurses highlightas abonus forworking with us. It is different from a hospital or GP clinicenvironment. Hereare some things to know about our mahi:
Flexibility: no more weekends or nights, no putting in leave requests months in advance and hoping for the best. In return, a degree of flexibility isrequired– holding clinics & conducting home visits means it is not necessarily a 9-3 Monday - Friday, butit'sprobably theclosestyou'llfind!

Pay rates for our Registered Nurses are between $62,911 ($31.84 per hour) and$90,099 ($45.60 per hour) depending on experience Gaining and maintaining trust with our whanau is perhaps the most important aspect of this role. Having the people skills to form connections with parents and caregivers is key to this position. You will come to us with exceptional clinical skills, which will be tested daily as you conduct assessments on from 4 weeks through to 3 years.
Where we connect with clients with multiple needs, there will be a number of referrals to be written and sent, so a level of computer literacy is required for the role. Having an understanding of the Westport area will be advantageous.
