Work alongside other senior nurses, and wider team members in planning and providing rehabilitation to our patients. Develop your knowledge and expertise in rehabilitation with medical, orthopaedic and neurological conditions including stroke. Support, teach and upskill students and rotational staff. Care for patients with stroke, orthopaedic, frail elderly and other neurological conditions Optimising patient outcomes and facilitating effective rehabilitation using a patient centred and evidence based approach to goal setting and intervention. Be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate Have enthusiasm and a willingness to commit to our team and patients Be active in our service quality initiatives Be proactive, innovative and have a quality driven leadership approach Beautiful coastlines and a family-friendly community.
