0.8 FTE (64 hours per fortnight) - Permanent Part Time
We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work in the Acute Care Unit at Whakatane Hospital. This position is suitable for registered nurses year two and up.
This unit provides ICU, HDU, CCU and short stay acute care for people admitted acutely to medical, surgical and paediatric specialities. If you are a Registered Nurse with skills in acute medical, surgical or critical care nursing this is an opportunity to join our busy dynamic team.
Knowledge of Tikanga, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the principles of Kaupapa Maori is also an asset. Applicants must be committed to implementing Te Toi Ahorangi strategy to ensure patients and their whanau move towards Toi Ora.
