Description We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to join our sales team as Regional Vice President, preferably working from our Mountain View, CA or Spokane, WA offices. In addition to requisite passion, skills, and experience, you will have: a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise and mid-size organizations experience in successfully leading front line sales teams, and a history of consistently overachieving team quotas In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for establishing a high performance team of account executives. You will do this by driving the execution capabilities of existing team, attracting top talent to boost team performance, and drive strong and consistent growth from your selling unit. You will be masterful in client engagement and influence the value your customers will derive from their investment in Egnyte's technology. You will coach your team to develop in their careers, and inspire your team to do the best work of their life: Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and training Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins Accurate and timely reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results Actively leading and monitoring demand generation activities Develop and execute successful sales campaigns Engaging at C-level in enterprise customer organizations Capable of successfully managing significant client escalations and issues Develop required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement to support success Your Qualifications 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of quota carrying sales people in a high growth SaaS environment: Proven ability to create and scale high performing teams and lead them to success Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills Excellent negotiation skills A self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment Strong leadership capabilities Experience in sales coaching and mentoring Operate with strong results orientation Consultative/value selling experience Resourceful Strong business acumen A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
