Job Vacancy Job Title: Regional Training Coordinator Hours: Permanent, Part-time, (20 hours per week) Job specific information: This role offers you an exciting opportunity to become involved in coordinating a comprehensive training programme to our Midland Region Branches. You will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, compassion, and respect for others. A key role in supporting the Regional Leadership Team with the planning and coordination of a regional training programme.  Assist in creating quality and accessible training and education sessions. Support in the development and administration of a new Learning Management System.  Assess individual and branch training needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate. Working with the national training team to plan and coordinate national programme including onboarding programme.  Keep accurate training records. About you.  You will have an understanding of the disability sector and ability to relate to disabled people. Prior experience in a Learning and Development role including administration in Learning Management Systems.  Preferably some eLearning design skills. Advanced organisational skills, attention to detail as well as the ability to handle multiple assignments.
