Apollo Projects are on the lookout for their next Regional Manager, who will lead commercial construction in the Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Taranaki regions. This is a vital leadership role, and we are looking for someone who exemplifies Apollo's culture and values. Could this be you?
About the opportunity Reporting to the General Manager of Construction, the Regional Manager has accountability for the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. In addition, you will be a person who knows how to connect with the community and build a network, you will positively contribute to Business Development and nurture essential regional relationships. To be a successful regional manager you will: Lead, develop and empower your teams.Apply your commercial construction expertise and have complete oversight of all regional projects (including monitoring progress), from conception to completion.Showcase your natural talent for leading problem-solving initiatives and oversee compliance and best practice across all projects.Manage and monitor regional budgets.Produce accurate regional reporting.As a member of the management team, nurture leadership and direction in the Hamilton branch. About you Apollo's Regional Manager will come from a well-established role within the construction sector. You understand the true meaning of leadership, you know how to develop a team and you thrive in a values-driven company. Your commercial construction knowledge and experience extends across law and methodology and reaches into pre-construction, practical construction, and project close-out.
Your exceptional skills as a relationship manager extend far beyond leading the regional team; they reach into the community. Your networks will promote business development and support the ongoing success of Apollo Projects!
