Their Air Conditioning Service Technician's are involved with servicing, maintenance and installation work of various types of Air Conditioning systems.

The key skills required for this role include:
5 years minimum NZ experience
Current (clean) drivers license

The primary purpose of this role is to manage thequalified team of Service Technicians to ensure outstanding service delivery and to continue to build on our clientsgrowth strategies.They are looking for a person who possesses the following attributes:
First class knowledge of current refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems including associated electrical wiring and control systems
An understanding of good Health and Safety practices
Ability to promote teamwork, motivate staff and build effective customer relationships based on quality service
Skilled in diagnosis and quoting of service repairs
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Intermediate Level of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Exceptional organisational skills
Experience in refrigeration, air conditioning is essential for this role.
A competitive remuneration package (including company vehicle) is offered dependent on skills, qualifications & experience.
The primary objectiveof this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department, ensuring growth and overall department profitability.
The responsibilitiesfor this position include:
To manage, monitor and make final decisions on the overall performance related to the Service Department to ensure Company objectives relating to quality and customer requirements are fully realized.
Responsible for business development of the Service area of the branch.
Full responsibility for Service P&L, including reporting.
Achieve agreed sales and margin plans.
Ensure all costs for which you are responsible are controlled and within budgeted limits.
Promote the sale of the Company's products and services to potential clients.
Identify and recommend actions required for overall business improvement
Assist with the development and maintenance of Key Accounts in conjunction with the National Service Manager.
