Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Engineer Citi Heat & Cool, a proud locally owned company, are seeking a trade qualified refrigeration or air conditioning engineer to join our service and installation team.
We are a quality focused company and our success is built on our ability to provide our clients with the highest standard of engineering solutions and customer service.
We are therefore looking for a motivated and highly skilled engineer to join our team.
Prerequisites Required:
• Trade 4 or 5 Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (not HVAC only).
• Limited or full electrical license.
• NZ resident or citizen.
• Clean, full driver’s license (forklift license would be useful).
• Proven experience with chilled water central plant.
• Proven experience with commercial and industrial refrigeration.
• Proven experience with commercial and industrial HVAC.
• Experience with ammonia would be an advantage.
• Able to be rostered on-call (approx. every 4 weeks).
• Well-presented and customer savvy.
• Health and safety conscious.
• Motivated to work to a high standard.
• Good computer skills.
• Good literacy skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork to standard required (complete service sheets, health & safety, check sheets, etc).
• Able to work in a team or autonomously.
• You will need your own hand tools, power tools, gauges, etc (Citi Heat & Cool will supply plant equipment such as reclaimer, vacuum pump, etc).
