Recruitment and Training Manager (Human Resources & Recruitment) Job Description: As the Recruitment and Training Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the call centre. You'll collaborate with other managers to identify and assess training needs for existing employees and also design and deliver effective training programs to meet those needs. Key responsibilities · Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, hiring and inducting new staff · Develop an effective sales training program that help staff reach their full potential · Come up with innovative ideas for where to advertise our job listings, help improve brand awareness and track analytics to continuously improve our processes. · Monitor and evaluate team sales performance, providing constructive feedback and sales training to improve performance Contribute to and deliver HR initiatives, with a focus on the well-being, performance, and engagement of our people Requirements · Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales call centre environment · At least 2 years supervisory or management experience · Experience with CRM software such as Datatel and Goldmine · Excellent communication and leadership skills · Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva for data analysis and marketing · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team Feel free to call us if you have any questions on 03 4411 050 or Whats App us on 027 363 1202.
